Office Administrator with Sales Experience
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator with Sales Experience to oversee day-to-day office operations while contributing to sales growth. This hybrid role requires a professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with proactive business development, customer relationship management and support for the sales team.
Duties
Responsibilities include: Office Admin Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity Oversee Marketing and CRM programs Track rebates, AP/AR and invoices Answer, screen and direct telephone calls Ensure accuracy in accounting for recording, posting, and balancing all customer transactions using Quick Books File Monthly Sales Tax Returns Prepare and File Year End Returns - 1099's and W2's
Responsibilities include: Sales
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, tracking and scheduling Maintain a basic level of knowledge about flooring products in order to better support the stores communications and your own professional knowledge. Help meet or exceed sales targets through direct and indirect efforts
Requirements
Qualifications include Proven experience as Administrator or a similar administrative role Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Retail Sales Experience A passion for or experience with decorating or design
