What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage with operational teams to strategize and support new products and services within the OnBase application - Facilitate requirement-gathering activities and communicate project updates to stakeholders - Collaborate with internal and external customers to prioritize ongoing development - Analyze and prepare application/system specifications to meet business needs - Work with the OnBase team to ensure efficient code implementation with minimal impact on other business areas
What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience - Must be 18 years of age or older - 1+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in OnBase or similar workflow/document management tool - 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and implementing projects - Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, including document management and formula management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Understanding of Document Import Processing (DIP) and configurable forms - Familiarity with Security Group Management and Report Services/Dashboard Reports
