Sr. Ruby on Rails Engineer - Remote - IBM
Experience in all aspects of Ruby on Rails application definition, design, development, and testing
Must have Ruby on Rails upgrade experience
Expert ROR application software development and programming skills throughout all layers of a technology stack
Understanding of benefits and use cases for typical design approaches, especially Object-Oriented Design patterns, and familiarity with application architecture standards
Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identity, and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions
Familiarity with automated testing practices
Experience integrating solutions with other applications and platforms, internal and/or 3rd party
Specific technologies: Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Angular, React, MySQL, GQL/rest APIs, AWS
