As a Logistics Analyst II supporting the Dedrone team at Axon, you'll play a key role in maintaining the flow of materials through the supply chain. You'll ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, kitting, and shipment of goodsincluding sensitive, ITAR, and hazardous materials. Your efforts will directly support production, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the business. What You'll Do
Location: Onsite at our Mesa, AZ location Reports to: VP, Operations, Dedrone Direct Reports: none Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production and external partners Kit weekly materials to support the production build schedule Pick, pack, move, store, and maintain materials using best practices in material handling Physically and digitally receive all incoming shipments and coordinate logistics for outgoing materials Identify continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities Manage shipment and compliance handling of ITAR materials to/from customers, suppliers, and intercompany locations Handle sensitive and hazardous materials according to safety protocols Perform detailed inventory checks, reporting and resolving discrepancies Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to complete transactions Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work cross-functionally across departments, contributing to team success and collaboration Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with operational goals Display a positive, respectful, and proactive attitude in both independent and team settings Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs) What You Bring
