Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to support the consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment implementation project. The successful candidate will manage the Infrastructure unit responsible for developing and implementing a new architecture designed for health and human services eligibility and enrollment.
The project involves a complex architecture based on IBM CURAM and Oracle database solutions, along with additional products such as HP Extreme, Informatica ETL, and Oracle ESB. Candidates should have substantial experience in technology implementation within government settings.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with government staff, ITSA resources, and system integrator teams. This is a complex, high-paced project with tight deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Project management experience in design, installation, and configuration of network and server hardware and operating systems, including guiding staff.
Experience in Change and Release Management related to hardware and software updates and integrations.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, performance reviews, and QA inspections.
Experience in architecture design and maintenance of physical and cloud platforms hosting Linux, Oracle, and Java.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
Experience managing platforms hosting benefit programs such as SNAP and TANF.
Experience managing platforms hosting Microstrategy, HP Extreme, Tableau, BPEL, PHP, XML, HTML, SQL, WebLogic, and SVN.
