Job Description Core Responsibilities Review content and disclosures within various regulatory reports, including statutory filings, proxy statement, Form SDs, Form 8-Ks and environmental and other corporate responsibility reports, to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency across filings and compliance with SEC rules, U.S. GAAP and other applicable standards. Conduct in-depth research on regulatory and accounting topics; prepare clear, well-supported position papers to inform reporting decisions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging or updated SEC regulations, FASB guidance, and sustainability-related reporting frameworks; proactively advise on implementation and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Investor Relations, business unit finance teams and Corporate Responsibility teams. Independently seek continual professional education on topics related to regulatory reporting and continually build expertise overtime. Manage, mentor and develop a direct report primarily focused on Corporate Responsibly reporting. Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience and Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting (e.g., public accounting and/or larger public companies) Strong knowledge of SEC guidance and U.S. GAAP Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Ability to work with senior executives.
