serving top-tier clients Build and scale reporting that leaders actually use What Youll Do: Design and deliver recurring reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly KPIs) Identify data trends, spot issues, and escalate insights to leadership Recommend process improvements based on performance metrics Create repeatable, scalable reporting systems and automation Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between goals and metrics Support ad hoc reporting for operations, strategy, and executive initiatives What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations Advanced Excel
skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) Experience with
