Spurlino Family YMCA , located in the vibrant and rapidly growing South Shore area of Tampa Bay! 3+ years of supervisory experience
(YMCA or related youth programming strongly preferred). Has a strong background in
camp operations, youth development, and early childhood programming. Thrives in a
fast-paced, mission-driven environment
and can manage multiple priorities and programs. Demonstrates excellence in
team leadership, budget management,
and
program innovation. Is comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends to support programs.
Bonus if you have a
Florida Director Credential
or experience with
ACA Accreditation , but not required.
