Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate lamination equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Cross-train to operate all finishing assets within the Flexible Packaging department. * Perform minor preventive maintenance and repairs; report any equipment issues to leadership. * Follow quality system procedures to ensure customer specifications are met. * Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications & Success Factors:
* Preferably 2+ years of laminating or machinery operation experience. * Familiarity with basic quality systems and documentation practices. * Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed. * High school diploma or GED required. * Ability to read a ruler down to 1/64". * Physically able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
