Team-Based, Collaborative Care: Join a supportive network of Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, Experienced OB/OR staff, and hospital colleagues who prioritize compassionate, coordinated care. High-Impact Role: Our OB/GYN team delivers over 1,000 babies annually — a testament to the trust our patients place in us and the value of your role. Professional Growth & Stability: Enjoy access to continuing education and leadership development in a stable, faith-based health system with a strong reputation across Kentucky. Excellent Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $365,000–$425,000 with guaranteed income in your first year Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs Hospital Weekend Call Compensation Recruitment bonus: $25,000 Sign-on bonus: $10,000 Relocation support: up to $5,000 Optional residency stipend NHSC loan repayment eligibility 401(k) with up to 5% employer match 32 days of paid time off annually FTCA malpractice coverage Balanced Schedule: Maintain a rewarding work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:5 call rotation.
