Ready to thrive in a practice that supports your passion and specialties? Sandia Vision Clinic, the largest private optometric practice in New Mexico, is hiring a full-time or part-time Optometrist to join our top-tier team at our Nob Hill and Heights locations in Albuquerque.
About Us:
Full-scope care with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technology
Patient-centered model with autonomy and team collaboration
Strong internal referral network and 4–6 week patient waitlist
Our Tech (not all inclusive):
Cirrus OCT, Humphrey VF, AR/Topographers, Optos, SMap by Visionary Optics, Oculus 5M, Keratograph 5M, NCT, MPOD, NightHawk slit lamps, IPL/RF, LLLT, and LipiFlow
Schedule:
4-day workweek (full-time); part-time options available
No Saturdays required
Rotating schedule across both locations
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary + Monthly Production Bonus model
401(k) with 5% automatic employer contribution
20 Days PTO, $1,000 CE allowance, malpractice, license & AOA dues covered

Relocation assistance available
What We’re Looking For:
Strong passion for private practice and clinical excellence
Interest in or experience with dry eye, specialty lenses, pediatrics, or ocular disease
Enthusiastic team player and teacher
Spanish-speaking a plus (not required)
