Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering, the CPQ Analyst will lead and oversee the day to day operations and maintenance of the customer-facing tool that serves our market in HVAC and DHW systems. This tool is the cornerstone of our interface with our customers, sales team and internal customers. Implementation of updates, new functionality and integration with other systems is another key responsibility. The role requires excellent leadership, providing coaching and mentorship to a team of sales professionals. This position will ensure our customers experience world-class performance in sales, service, new product introductions and product technology
Responsibilities and Duties
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle CPQ. Design and configure product rules, pricing rules, workflows, approval processes, and document generation in CPQ. Develop and implement integrations between CPQ and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Kinetic-Epicor ERP). Customize CPQ modules using BML (BigMachines Language) Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and provide training and documentation. Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve CPQ usability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ configurations and integrations. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud. Proficiency in BML scripting, BMQL, and Document Designer Templates. Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Strong understanding of sales processes and quote-to-cash (QTC) lifecycle. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Web developer proficiency in coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with problem-solving, communication, and adaptability Demonstrated ability to engage at all levels of an organization(internal/external) Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
