Implementation Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Senior Financials Lead Consultant to join our delivery team for a full-time contract engagement. This role will serve as the functional lead for the full Oracle Cloud Financials suite, supporting an SCM-focused project. The consultant will lead client workshops, drive solution design, and oversee the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials modules. The position is primarily remote, but requires 30% onsite presence in Arizona for workshops and key project milestones. The engagement is expected to last 7 months, with the possibility of extension. Candidate must live in the United States. Start date is ASAP. 5 Key Skills Required: Proven expertise leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM processes and how they integrate with Financials. Ability to manage client expectations and deliver best practice recommendations across business process areas. Experience conducting client-facing workshops, managing requirements, and delivering functional configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate across functional and technical workstreams. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Serve as the functional lead for the Oracle Cloud Financials track, overseeing design, configuration, and deployment efforts. Collaborate with the SCM functional and technical teams to support a cross-functional solution aligned with business needs. Lead discovery and design sessions with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support data migration, testing, and training activities to ensure successful system adoption. Develop and maintain functional documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
