Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Architect/Developer with hands-on experience developing custom extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud using PaaS, and reporting using tools like FDI, OTBI, BIP, and SplashBI. The candidate should have a strong background in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle R12, and Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits, including understanding of base tables, APIs, and technical/functional aspects.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, OIC, and Oracle E-Business Suite support
Proven experience as an Oracle R12 HR and Oracle HCM Reports Developer
Experience with Oracle Cloud modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits
5+ years in Oracle Applications, including data conversions and report development
3+ years creating functional specs, working with FBDI, Data mapping, and data reconciliation
Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud data models for report writing
Strong SQL, PLSQL, and database skills
Hands-on with FDI, OTBI, BIP, SplashBI, HCM Extracts
Ability to translate business needs into technical reports and solutions
Experience with fast formulas for complex calculations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
