Are you an experienced
OCI Architect
ready to take on a strategic, client-facing role in a fast-growing tech consulting environment? We're seeking a results-driven professional to lead Oracle Cloud Infrastructure deployments and guide enterprise clients through successful cloud transformations. This is a remote-first position, ideally suited for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team and make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and deploy robust cloud architecture solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Proactively monitor Oracle Cloud systems to ensure SLA adherence and performance optimization Develop cloud strategy and drive adoption across customer environments Evaluate and maintain cloud applications, infrastructure, and integrations Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure privacy, compliance, and data integrity in cloud environments Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally Guide infrastructure migration efforts including large-scale application transfers Recommend cloud architecture solutions aligned with business goals and Oracle best practices Engage in technical solution development based on deep understanding of customer requirements Lead and participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions for Oracle Cloud solutions Partner with internal Oracle teams (sales, product, development) to enhance product adoption and innovation Coordinate delivery timelines and manage technical scoping for OCI projects Build lasting client relationships and drive enablement/implementation efforts on OCI Support cloud system patching, performance tuning, and architectural enhancements Ideal Background:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Autonomous Database, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Fusion Middleware Expertise in cloud security: Authentication, Authorization, and Data/Object-level controls Experience with ODI, Oracle GoldenGate, Exadata, and data integration tools Deep understanding of cloud architecture concepts, performance tuning, and multi-source systems Proven ability to deliver complex cloud solutions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Location Preference:
Eastern or Central Time Zones Travel:
Occasional travel to Washington, D.C. Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus

Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to project-specific security requirements) Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (7-8 years)
