Full-Time with TruVs.com Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level We are seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support and enhance our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS O2C modules, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. • Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Pricing, Inventory (INV), and Shipping Execution. • Act as a functional lead to bridge business needs with technical implementation. • Lead functional workshops, solution design, testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure end-to-end process alignment. • Identify and drive improvements to O2C processes using industry best practices and automation tools. • Support integration of Oracle EBS with third-party systems (CRM, logistics, tax engines, etc.). • Provide functional support for issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements. • Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with developers on custom solutions when needed. Required Skills and Experience • Total 10+ years of industry experience as a Business Systems Analyst • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on O2C modules. • Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in Oracle Order Management, AR, Pricing, and related modules. • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes. • Experience with RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) specifications. • Proficient in creating functional documentation and test plans. • Familiarity with Oracle EBS versions R12.x and upgrades. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Oracle Certified Specialist in EBS Financials or SCM is a plus. • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. • Prior experience integrating Oracle EBS with Salesforce, tax engines (Avalara/Vertex), or logistics platforms is advantageous.
