Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from McCabe & Barton Technology & Transformation Recruitment in Financial Markets | Contract & Permanent We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Applications Specialist to support and enhance financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for financial applications, including Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and EPBCS , as well as integrating PeopleSoft Financials . As a key technical resource, you will collaborate with finance, technology, and leadership teams to optimize financial systems, drive efficiencies, and support the adoption of new tools as required. This position operates on a hybrid work model , requiring three days per week in the office . Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for Oracle financial applications. Optimize the use of Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and EPBCS to improve financial reporting and efficiency. Provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft Financials integration and transition efforts. Identify and implement enhancements to financial systems , aligning technology with business goals. Work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and executive leadership to drive system improvements. Ensure best practices in system configuration, performance, and security . Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Report directly to the Head of Corporate Enterprise Systems . Required Qualifications: Experience in corporate finance or IT financial systems support . Strong expertise in Oracle Financial Applications , including EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, EPBCS, and PCMCS . Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials . Proven ability to develop and implement financial systems roadmaps . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team . Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with financial reporting and analytics tools . Experience managing Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades .
