Primary Location: Richmond, Virginia
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an
Oracle ERP Database Administrator 4
for our premier client in
Richmond, Virginia .
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Technical Requirements and Certifications "
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification preferred.
Education and Experience "
Strong DBA experience in working with Oracle 19c. Must be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC. Must be familiar with Dataguard Physical Standby. Must have experience with RMAN backup and recovery. Other skills include export data pump and import data pump utilities, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) on Linux. Must possess strong troubleshooting skills. Must have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting Linux or Unix System Administration, a bonus. Familiarity with SQL Server.
