We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Consultant to join our team for an onsite contract opportunity in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technology and demonstrate hands-on experience managing end-to-end system implementations. This role will require collaboration with stakeholders, detailed problem-solving, and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Leadership: Lead the onsite implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions, covering modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Requirements Gathering: Consult with stakeholders to understand and capture business needs, translating them into technical requirements and actionable configurations within the HCM system. Configuration & Testing: Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to meet business requirements and perform unit testing, integration testing, and system validation to ensure functionality and compliance. System Integration: Provide expertise on system integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal disruption to business processes. Training & Support: Develop user training materials and conduct end-user workshops to ensure smooth transition and system adoption. Provide post-implementation support for troubleshooting and enhancements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, technical specifications, system architecture, and testing results. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM system implementation and consulting. Strong functional and technical expertise in multiple Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Administration. Proficiency in implementation methodologies and understanding of Cloud HCM architecture. Experience with data migration, integrations (such as REST APIs), and system testing processes. Knowledge of Oracle PaaS Development tools is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a flexible and collaborative work attitude. Preferred Certifications: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification(s). Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
