Overview
Lead the design, development, and deployment of OIC integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or other Fusion modules. Create integration flows, adapters, and APIs to connect Oracle Fusion Cloud with external systems.
Solution Architecture:
Develop high-level integration architecture and technical design documentation. Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of OIC developers, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting. Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related queries and escalations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and coordinate with offshore team to get it delivered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate integration solutions.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all integration solutions adhere to organizational security standards and compliance requirements. Maintain technical documentation for all integrations.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud OIC updates, releases, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reduce manual intervention.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
8+ years of overall experience in Oracle technologies. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, Finance, SCM, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in OIC development, including Oracle adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, etc.). Experience in BPEL, XSLT, XML, JSON, and integration patterns. Working knowledge of PaaS components such as VBCS, PCS, and Oracle SOA Suite is a plus. Knowledge of security and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Certifications:
Oracle Integration Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
