Online Order Fulfillment Associate (Full Time)

We are seeking a full-time Online Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. 90% of your time will be dedicated to online order fulfillment tasks, with the remaining 10% supporting other duties such as receiving, inventory count, customer service, shipment preparation, and various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Processing online orders received
- Preparing inventory for Fulfill by Amazon
- Collaborating with shipping and sales departments to prepare, pick, and package online orders promptly
- Maintaining inventory in a neat, orderly, and safe manner
- Receiving deliveries, unloading merchandise, and stocking incoming items
- Ensuring accurate on-hand counts for products
- Managing packaging material inventory
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and pricing discrepancies to prevent errors
- Communicating shipment delays and errors to relevant teams
- Performing additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or AA degree from an accredited US school
- Recent graduate preferred (within 2 years)
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Computer literate and comfortable with technology
- Conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented
- Efficient, proactive, and willing to tackle any task
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift or assist with heavy boxes (mostly under 30 lbs, occasional heavier packages)
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills preferred
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
