POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Axia and Qcells Energy Solutions are seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and control projects through administrative and specialized expertise with the Energy Solutionsdivision. You will be responsible for working within and leading support teams in coordination with theProject Coordinatorsand Sales Managers. Major responsibilities include verification of completed contracts from sales, input and management of required contractual documents into the Operations Lifecycle Platform, compliance with third party finance company funding requirements, and issuing timely and accurate payments to third party fulfillment vendors. This is a key position with the responsibility for building and scaling the solar support operations to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and problem solving and communication skills.
This position will be based out of the offices in Irvine and San Francisco, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
Responsibilities
Ensure sales contracts are 100% complete and accurate before issuing them to the operations personnel. Manage and resolve paperwork deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure solar contracts are correctly managed. Work within various lender financing portals to obtain the ability to proceed with contract financing prior to equipment orders. Issue and approve work orders to third party fulfillment vendors to provide accurate services with prompt payments. Issue and approve installer invoices based on a robust QA process to ensure installation completion and scope of work accuracy. Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices. Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon cycle times. Update CRM, Fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools. Assist in a successful transition from our current Sunbase CRM to Salesforce for the various Order Management functions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field with a minimum of 5+yearsofwork experience in operations management and analytics with at least 1 year of solar industry experience. Minimum of 1 year’s work experience utilizing Salesforce and CRM systems. Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present in internal and external forums. Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment. Process driven while finding long-term solutions with an impeccable attention to detail.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
