Practice Location: El Dorado, Arkansas (South Arkansas border near Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi) Schedule: Full-Time, 4-5 days per week

Completion of U.S. accredited Orthodontics Residency program DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain Open to candidates requiring relocation

The scholarship is renewable over five consecutive years if the student maintains a 2.0 grade point average and completes 12 credit hours per semester.
