The Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi is expanding! We are seeking an Adult Reconstruction Specialist to join our team in Tupelo, MS. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic disorders
• Manageable Call Schedule: 1:5 call rotation with only referred patientsno ED or Hospital call required.
• Exciting Patient Care: Perform total joint replacements and other adult reconstructive surgeries with precision and patient-centered care. Provide post-surgical follow-up care and rehabilitation oversight
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction.
• Mississippi Medical License (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
• Join as an Associate Physician with a clear pathway to partnership with a no buy-in after initial 2-year eligibility.
