The Impact You’ll Contribute: Develop and enhance Moloco Commerce Media (MCM), an AI-driven platform for tailored ads based on first-party data. Contribute to the growth and success of MCM, a key product in Moloco’s portfolio. Design, develop, and maintain the MCM platform. Mentor team members and lead impactful projects. Collaborate with top customers to ensure their success and apply insights to improve customer engagement strategies. What You’ll Do: Engage directly with top customers to identify growth opportunities, execute experiments, and resolve issues. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for MCM. Work with product, engineering, and UX teams to translate market insights into product requirements. Monitor KPIs related to product adoption and market performance, and communicate insights for continuous improvement. Foster cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 8+ years in product management or related technical roles, focusing on outbound activities. Proven success in launching and driving adoption of enterprise products. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a technology field and an MBA. Experience in commerce advertising, eCommerce, or retail media solutions. Experience managing enterprise products and working directly with customers. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority. Skills in market analysis and competitive intelligence. Compensation & Benefits:
For US residents, the base pay range is $203,200—$263,800 USD, with a comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation depends on experience and skills. Our Values:
