We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our client team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of technical support experience, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and application performance concerns. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and other identity management systems. Document support processes and maintain detailed records of troubleshooting. Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with networking concepts, Active Directory, and basic server administration. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
