With offices in Tacoma, Seattle, and Portland, we offer a flexible hybrid work environment, though this is not a fully remote role. Summary Of Position Under general supervision, with some exercise of judgment, prepares computer-generated engineering drawings according to established standards and procedures using computer-aided design (CAD) software programs. Responsible for small to medium size Revit projects in accordance with PCS standards. Interprets schematic designs to create layout of model. Creates basic view, template, and sheet structures for small to medium sized projects. Performs medium level modeling tasks, primarily performs secondary or support modeling and detailing tasks on large projects for Senior BIM techs. Capable of modeling elements up to a level 300. Capable of creating addendums sets and sketches. Revises or changes drawings, traces and/or copies existing drawings, and completes simple calculations with specific instructions. Meets deadlines with schedule and offers progress reports. Assists in the training of BIM Technician I.
