Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Barton Associates Inc. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum assignment starting Aug 4, 2025, in California. The role involves a Monday-Friday schedule from 10am to 7pm, primarily serving a Spanish-speaking patient base in a mobile clinic environment, with support from translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants.

Location: California Start Date: Aug 4, 2025 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities And Duties
Provide comprehensive family medical care within a mobile clinic setting. Manage a high volume of patients, with 75% being Spanish speaking. Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient interactions and treatment plans. Perform routine health screenings and assessments. Prescribe and manage medications as needed. Collaborate with onsite support staff, including medical assistants and translators.
Additional Information
Must have an active California DEA and Furnishing license. Board certification in Family Medicine is required. Prior locum experience and experience in FQHC/Rural Health/IHS or similar settings. Recent experience in a Family Practice environment is crucial.
