Job Description· Act as Lead Architect on small to large PLM transformation projects or workstreams.· Lead projects leveraging internal Client team and customer/partner experts.· Use captured characteristics and Business Use Cases to identify standard solution templates and architectural approaches, forming the solution definition, verifying accuracy, and identifying any missing templates that may need to be created.· Outline process changes required and assist the customer in driving Organizational Change.· Define and review design specifications, hand over to the project team, and engage through the build and test phases to ensure the architectural solution's integrity, addressing escalated technical issues to resolution.· Ensure the conceptual completeness of the entire solution as architected.· Coordinate architecture implementation and modification activities.· Review, categorize, and prioritize escalated customer product-related issues from PLM consultants, coordinate root cause analysis, define appropriate solutions, and communicate with the customer.· Mentor PLM Consultants team members as an architectural authority for PLM solutions applied to the industry.· Stay updated with Solution Architecture practices, understanding the latest technical, process, and industry trends.· Establish, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external technical peers and build new relationships through networking within the customer and involved parties to support effective delivery.· Support sales pursuits and bid processes by providing complex solution options for PLM strategy and roadmaps.Key Must-Have Qualifications:· Degree or equivalent; most candidates will have a degree.· At least 5 years as a Teamcenter solutions architect with multiple implementations.· Highly skilled solutions architect in Teamcenter, not a developer.· Experience in Teamcenter PLM solutions development and moving into a Solutions Architect role.· Ability to construct custom process flows in Teamcenter PLM and suggest best practices.· No direct reports but will oversee and lead development teams (2-5 people depending on project size).· Hands-on role, considered the "Guru" of Teamcenter PLM architecture for clients.· Regularly attend meetings with sales teams via MS Teams or in person to guide clients on Teamcenter projects.· Lead team resolution, testing, and deployment of PLM solutions.· Evangelist for PLM processes, implementations, and execution.· Experience with other PLM software (Windchill, Enovia, Fusion, SAP, Arena, Aras, etc.) is a plus but must be highly skilled in Siemens Teamcenter.· Ability to define and review design specifications, ensure solution integrity, and address escalated issues.· Knowledge of IT, CAD, CAM.· Experience in engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environments.· Strong interpersonal, ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Company DescriptionGreat company to start and grow your career with, offering excellent growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
