Job Description - Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect - Remote (079518) Job Title: Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect Location: Remote (Anywhere across US) About the job you’re considering We are seeking a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. Your role Propose, design, and implement end-to-end solutions for Teamcenter applications based on requirements. Write design documents for Teamcenter-based implementations. Support application teams in Teamcenter upgrades. Assist in migrating Teamcenter clients from RAC to Active Workspace. Participate as a team member in IT software projects using the Teamcenter platform. Share expertise with project teams on customizing Teamcenter efficiently. Identify and propose optimizations for existing Teamcenter customizations. Learn and teach design and quality standards for Teamcenter customization and ensure governance. Your skills and experience 12-15 years of experience implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions for various clients. US citizenship required due to ITAR-related work; ability to acquire and maintain a secret clearance is a plus. Technical knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, and Change Management. Experience in Active Workspace configuration and customization, Teamcenter architecture, and Data Model configuration. Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter frameworks. Designing Teamcenter solutions for both client and server, including integration with third-party applications like SAP, NX, and ECAD tools. Experience in installing and configuring 2-tier & 4-tier clients, file management servers, dispatcher servers, CAD integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of Teamcenter client and server SOA customization. Experience with declarative UI configuration (Active Workspace) and customization. Good knowledge of web technologies such as XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, and web service architecture. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and build-to-run processes. Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation. Proactive in engaging with other teams and independent work capability.
