Professional Land Surveyor (PLS or PLS-in-Progress)

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS preferred)
to contribute to a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal projects. Whether you’re licensed or on the path to licensure, they offer a strong team environment and long-term opportunity.
Job Responsibilities Conduct fieldwork for
boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys Operate
total stations, GPS, and robotic survey equipment
with precision Record and process accurate field data; maintain detailed field documentation Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Prioritize
accuracy, efficiency, and jobsite safety Qualifications
PLS license
or actively on the
path toward licensure 3+ years of
land surveying experience
in the field and/or office Proficiency with
AutoCAD Civil 3D ,
Trimble , or related survey tools Experience operating
total stations, GPS, and robotic instruments Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and comfort working in various outdoor conditions Leadership experience (Party Chief, Crew Lead) is a plus
