initiatives in alignment with business objectives. Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed projects. Define detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (IT, store operations, marketing, finance, etc.) and external vendors. Build and manage partnerships with
POS
software and hardware providers. Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance expectations. Implementation & Integration Oversee the rollout of
POS
systems across stores with minimal business disruption. Lead efforts to configure, customize, and integrate POS solutions with ERP, inventory, and eCommerce platforms. Manage end-to-end testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and supervise pilot launches. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, BAs, and operations staff. Facilitate Agile (Scrum) or PMP-style project ceremonies. Mentor junior team members and manage inter-team dependencies. Risk, Budget & Compliance Identify and mitigate program risks and ensure issue resolution. Track budgets, manage forecasts, and maintain financial controls. Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, security, and data privacy regulations. Post-Implementation Support & Optimization Oversee the transition to support and operations teams post go-live. Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collect feedback from store staff and customers to prioritize future enhancements. Documentation & Training Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, training materials, and technical guides. Ensure knowledge transfer across teams and support training efforts as needed
