About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale its global enterprise sales organization. This critical leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams, particularly in the technical enterprise software sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining sales strategy, developing go-to-market execution, and driving predictable revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading and expanding the enterprise sales team, owning and exceeding revenue targets, and cultivating relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers at large enterprises.
Candidates for the VP of Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a strong background in selling complex, technical products to enterprise buyers. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and influence product roadmap and go-to-market initiatives. Experience in both early-stage startups and scaling post-Series B+ organizations is preferred.
