- $135,000 Guaranteed Salary (DOE) + WRVU
- 10% of Base Annual Quality Bonuses
- $15,000 Sign on Bonus

- Family Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient
- 5-Day and 4-Day Work Options
- Approximately 16-18 Patients per Day
- MD and Mid-Level Support
- 1:6 Phone Call Only
- Board Certified ANCC or AANP
