We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Program Integrator
to support financial and contractual oversight activities across a variety of government programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contract and financial management within the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or commercial sectors. This role is critical in ensuring accurate tracking of project status in terms of cost, schedule, and performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and monitor the status of programs, projects, and contracts in terms of cost, schedule, and performance metrics. Collaborate with program and contract managers to ensure timely updates and accurate reporting. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support budget and forecasting activities. Ensure contract compliance and maintain detailed documentation for audits and reviews. Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and performance tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support contract modifications, funding actions, and reporting requirements. QUALIFICATIONs Experience:
A minimum of
four (4) years
of experience in contract management or finance within the DoD, IC, or commercial sectors. Education/Certifications (in lieu of degree): Option 1:
Contract Manager CPCM certification or
DAWIA Level I
certification in both
Contracting
and
Program Management , plus
three (3) additional years
of directly related experience (total of
seven (7) years ). Option 2:
Without certification, an additional
two (2) years
of directly related experience may be substituted (total of
nine (9) years ).
Demonstrated ability to track and analyze contract or project status across cost, schedule, and performance dimensions. Strong understanding of federal contract lifecycle and financial management principles. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
