As a Packaging Operator, you will work Monday-Wednesday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on a global scale, helping to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Located in Cincinnati, OH, this site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose manufacturing and drug development within the Pharma Services Group. Responsibilities
Perform packaging line operations including operating and monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, equipment setup, and cleanup. Troubleshoot and optimize packaging equipment performance. Identify and resolve quality problems while maintaining cGMP standards. Assist with ensuring the packaging line operates at an acceptable production rate. Perform GMP documentation, in-process testing, breakdown investigations, and repairs related to packaging production. Essential Skills
High School Diploma required. 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries strongly preferred. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements. Ability to maintain compliance in all SOP, cGMP, EHS, and other training curriculum as assigned. Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Work on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature. Mechanical proficiency and ability to disassemble and reassemble various types of equipment. Basic reading comprehension and math skills vital to follow sophisticated technical instructions and complete BPR calculations. Interpersonal skills and ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
