Director of Operations
to oversee our financial administration, campus facilities, and front office operations. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day infrastructure that makes PVUMC's life and ministry possible.
Key Responsibilities Include: Coordinating financial systems, payroll, and reporting Managing building maintenance and facilities scheduling Overseeing office systems, staff communication, and records Partnering with volunteers, vendors, and church leadership Supporting the mission and ministry of PVUMC with integrity and care
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in financial administration, facilities coordination, or office management Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise emotional intelligence Commitment to teamwork, inclusion, and the mission of PVUMC
