Position Overview:
The
Contract Recruiter
will be responsible for executing a high-volume recruitment strategy for a project critical to Arsenal Consulting and its clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on execution. With the potential for an extension, this position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, hiring needs, and organizational goals. Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with these objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless and efficient process for all parties.
Proactive Sourcing:
Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure quick fulfillment of current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a world-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a trusted liaison throughout the process.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use insights to optimize recruitment strategies and report progress to leadership.
Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in recruitment, ideally within a consulting or contract-based role.
Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across various industries and job levels.
Expertise in human capital strategies and a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
Exceptional sourcing skills, with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure success using data and recruitment metrics.
Familiarity with compliance standards and legal requirements related to hiring.
