Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) MindCare Solutions
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both acute and chronic psychiatric care, delivering high quality mental health services to patients in various settings. This role involves rounding in one hospital, conducting Emergency Department (ED) and Inpatient (IP) consults, and collaborating with members of the collaborative care team. Location

$110,000 - $130,000 Salary Per year Plus Bonus Opportunities Hours:
P/T Duties/Responsibilities: Servicing multiple facilities in the Springfield, MO area. Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans or patients. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy options The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will prescribe and administer psychiatric medications as necessary Monitor and adjust medication regimens to optimize effectiveness and minimize side effects Implement therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of psychiatric conditions The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Offers education and support to residents and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options Promote mental health awareness and wellness among residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all assessments and interventions Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Current and unrestricted PMHNP license in
