Preferred Day and Weekend Availability Required About the Role In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale and during customer interactions. Your focus on operational efficiency will help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do: Welcome customers by greeting them and assisting with their needs regarding products and services. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods accurately. Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service while adhering to company standards for customer service and transaction processes. Achieve or exceed individual performance goals, such as credit and loyalty sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by completing all necessary point of sale and merchandise handling procedures. Assist in training new hires by sharing best practices and point of sale procedures while maintaining Kohl's brand standards. Participate in daily service tasks, including register balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment.
