Overview
Converge is a sign company with locations in Waynesboro and Richmond, VA. Our goal is to help businesses and organizations grow and connect with their customers through signage, vehicle wraps, and promotional items.
We're an established business, and we accomplish great things with our collaborative and fast-paced work environment that is focused on continual improvement, while rewarding intelligent risk-taking and outside-the-box thinking.
To support our growth, we're currently seeking a part-time Office Admin to join our team. This is a part-time position where you'll be expected to work 24 hours/week. It's not often you'll be asked to work extra hours, but at times it may be necessary. The pay rate for this position is $19 per hour.
About the Role
This role offers hands-on experience where every day brings opportunities to learn from your colleagues, and to share your own insights and ideas. You'll get to know how we operate at Converge while also being encouraged to ask questions, suggest improvements, and help shape the way we work and communicate.
Your role will blend learning and doing. We're committed to fostering growth and empowering our team members to think creatively and tackle challenges from new angles. Be ready to stretch your skills and step outside your comfort zone. We value independence and initiative, so rather than micro-managing, we'll set clear objectives and parameters and give you the freedom to take ownership of your work. Of course, we're always here to support, guide, and cheer you on.
About You
People who fit into the Converge culture are passionate about their craft, care about our community, and understand that being a member of our team means that even outside the workplace, we are expected to be role models to those around us. We're not caught up in fancy degrees or acronyms in your title; it's more important that you're driven to be a difference maker, you embrace challenges head-on, you make quick (and thoughtful) decisions, and take ownership of your area of expertise within our team.
