POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Financial Representative for a 3-month contract to support essential Revenue Cycle operations. You'll help ensure accurate and timely resolution of patient accounts while working with a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on service excellence and financial integrity.

- Perform Revenue Cycle functions that meet or exceed organizational benchmarks
- Ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met
- Collect and verify patient and payor information to facilitate account resolution
- Research and apply current regulations and compliance standards prior to claims submission
- Respond to inquiries regarding accounts via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Maintain working knowledge of insurance billing, follow-up practices, and payer guidelines
- Experience with medical billing and insurance claims (Medicare/Medicaid, UB-04, HCFA 1500)
- Background in healthcare collections or revenue cycle (denials, follow-ups, payor rules)
- Strong communication and computer skills (systems use, clear documentation, customer interaction)
