Iowa - Pediatrics Client is actively recruiting a Pediatrician to join their practice in Central Iowa Established Outpatient Practice Number of Providers: 3 (1 physician and 2 ARNP s) Competitive compensation and benefits package including: signing bonus, retention bonus, relocation, 401K match, CME, time away from practice, quality health, dental and vision insurance, wellness program, free onsite workout center, free onsite parking, onsite retail pharmacy, gift shop and cafeteria Clinic is attached to the hospital, UnityPoint Health - Trinity Regional Medical Center Services available onsite (lab, radiology, specialists, pharmacy, etc.) Pulmonolgy, Endocrinology and Neurology Pediatric Specialists from Blank Children's Hospital provide outreach services in the office Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Rewarding Work Flexible Scheduling allows for a good Work Life Balance Responsibilities Average number of patients per day (depending on the season) = 25 - 35 Clinic Hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm No inpatient duties Call split amongst group, telephonic only, triaged via MyNurse hotline, minimal call volume Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Provide the best outcome for every patient every time Regional Airport with flights to Minneapolis, St. Louis, Chicago and Mason City
