We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst focused on People Analytics. The compensation for this role ranges from $70 to $75 per hour on a w2 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute predictive models to enhance People Analytics initiatives, such as employee attrition analysis, hiring trends, and headcount forecasting.
Perform comprehensive data analyses by integrating multiple data sources to derive impactful insights regarding employee behavior and organizational patterns. Ensure alignment of findings with larger organizational objectives and HR strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within People Analytics.
Proficiency in SQL for adept data extraction and transformation.
Strong skills in Python for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and visualization.
Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Quicksight is preferred.
Expertise in predictive modeling techniques.
Knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and systems is beneficial.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
Prior roles specifically in People Analytics are highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Able to convey data insights clearly and effectively.
Independently manage analysis projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Transform business requirements into actionable analyses that aid strategic decision-making.
The pay rate is reflective of the skills, experience, and other compensable factors. This range pertains to W2 hourly compensation; other employment arrangements may alter the pay scale.
