Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite) Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Locations: Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite) Type of Hiring: FTE / Contract Job Description: Must have Skills: Sales cloud, Service cloud, Business Solutioning (Expert), Data Modeling (Capable), Public Sector - General Experience Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs. The role demands a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. Lead the end-to-end development process, including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Technical Leadership: Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps. Certifications (Preferred): Seniority level
