We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Family Medicine Clinic in Colorado. Located in south central Colorado, in Conejos County.
Your New Role: - Family NP or PA - Outpatient Family Clinic - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - No Call, No Weekends - Will see all ages - 18-20 patients per day

Requirements: - Certifications: Will consider providers needing a CO License - Experience: Will consider new graduates
