Physical Therapist Assistant Schedule:
32 hr (24 RVEs/week - BENEFITED!), Part Time-24 hr (18 RVEs/week), and Per Diem (6 visits/week). Different locations available, including non-traditional schedules such as Thursday-Monday. Locations:
Area 11 (covering Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos) and Area 12 (including San Jose, Morgan Hill). Requirements: One year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required Current CA PTA License required Reliable Transportation and auto insurance CPR/BLS Certification Advanced computer system knowledge *Compensation starting rate based on full-time schedule. Job Type: Part-time Salary: From $80,000/year 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical specialties include Geriatrics, Home Health, and Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. COVID-19 precautions include virtual interviews and PPE provision. Application questions include ability to commute or relocate to San Mateo, CA. Education: Associate degree preferred. Experience: 1 year in Home Health preferred. Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS, Licensed PTA, Driver's License. Work location: On the road. Additional information:
