We seek an Ophthalmologist to join a well-established, physician-owned group in the beautiful Connecticut River Valley and on the Connecticut shoreline. Practice Setting: Physician-owned, respected ophthalmology group with over 50 years of clinical excellence. Comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmic services, with subspecialty care in glaucoma and refractive surgery. Strong referral relationships with optometrists, retina specialists, and primary care providers. Diagnostic equipment includes Zeiss Cirrus OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, and Optos California for evaluation and treatment planning. Advanced surgical tools include Alcon Argos, Zeiss IOL Master, and Oculus Pentacam for pre-operative assessments. Schedule: Four days a week are dedicated to seeing patients; one day is for surgeries. Office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with up to 40 patients seen daily. Shared on-call rotation; no night or weekend call for emergencies. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package with potential income up to $450,000, including salary, sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and relocation assistance. Partnership track available. 5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus six paid holidays. Complete benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, malpractice coverage, and licensure reimbursement. Annual CME allowance of $5,000.
