About The Position We are seeking a skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant for a six-month locum tenens assignment in Washington, starting Oct 6, 2025. This full-time role involves working from Wednesday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, supporting cancer care at a dedicated facility. Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant at the facility. Work collaboratively with a full-time Hem/Onc MD, an oncology RN, and a part-time tele-oncologist. Manage patient care independently while having the support of the main Cancer Center's providers as needed. Utilize the EMR system (Cerner) to document and manage patient information efficiently.
Additional Information Candidates must currently be in a Hem/Onc position or have extensive experience in Hematology/Oncology. National certification and Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification preferred. Must hold a valid WA state license.
