Piedmont Healthcare is seeking Board Certified or Eligible Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine & Internal Medicine) to join our practices in Augusta, GA, at our new hospital campus, Piedmont Augusta. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medicine, a proven track record of delivering quality patient care, and an interest in building a practice. This position offers the opportunity to take over an established practice with room for growth, collaborate with other primary care providers, and access a broad specialty network. Openings in Augusta, North Augusta, Grovetown, Martinez, GA, and Aiken, SC. Requirements & Highlights
Physician-friendly, transparent practice located in North Augusta, SC Outpatient practice, 40+ hours/week, Monday through Friday Average of 25-30 patients per day Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday; 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Friday Shared outpatient call with other providers; no inpatient or ED call required Procedures include joint injections, minor dermatology, and office-based procedures Full subspecialty support at Piedmont Augusta Hospital Support staff includes CMAs, NPs, PAs, and Clinical Leads EMR: Epic, with comprehensive training Candidate Profile
Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Med-Ped Fellowship training considered Visa sponsorship possible (considering filing criteria) Compensation & Benefits
Base salary based on MGMA, varies per candidate, with a 2-year salary guarantee followed by production-based pay Production from mid-levels included Annual quality bonus Sign-on bonus up to $75K (for relocation if desired) Relocation allowance (receipts required) 100% malpractice coverage CME allowance 401(k) with employer match Up to $100K in loan assistance with a 5-year commitment Training stipend for up to 18 months pre-start Benefits
